1. Create Workout Groups
Organize your training by creating workout groups (e.g., “Push Day,” “Leg Day”). Add exercises to each group to build your plan.
2. Add Exercises
For each exercise, set your target weight and number of reps per set. You can update this any time as you progress.
3. Track with Timers (Optional)
Use the built-in timer to track set and rest times. Want to train without timers? You can toggle timer mode off in Settings.
